A pregnant mother can take half cup of beans in everyday. It can be eaten with rice, and also boil beans are used in salad.

Eggs are also a good source of protein which helps to build the cells of your baby. Eggs contain a property which is call choline. Choline can help develop your baby’s brain and spinal cord. In your pregnancy you should concern about which foods or fruit you need to take. You need to know which fruits will be healthy for your baby. Avocado is such a fruit which is very healthy for your baby. Avocado contains good fats and fiber. It also a great source of folate which helps to reduce the chance of birth defects. It also helps to improve your breast milk quantity and quality after birth of your baby. It is not necessary to eat avocado regularly but when you want you can eat avocado as a salad or fruit item.

6. Nuts:

Nuts are full of different kind of nutrients which is much benefited for a pregnant mother. You should take some nuts as a regular basis in your pregnancy. Nut contains good fat and protein which helps to develop your baby’s brain. It is very good habit to take at least 50 grams of nuts everyday during your pregnancy; it make your baby more healthy.
